Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has launched its first U.S. property under the Registry Collection Hotels brand with the opening of the newly renovated Mining Exchange in Colorado Springs. The 128-room hotel, located in the heart of downtown and close to Pikes Peak, offers guests a blend of historical charm and modern luxury.

The Mining Exchange, once a hub for trading gold and silver from the Rockies, has been revitalized with contemporary finishes, including exposed brick, vaulted ceilings, and vintage-style windows. Guests can enjoy a range of amenities, such as multiple on-site dining options, a full-service spa, and an art gallery. The hotel also boasts 15,000 square feet of event space, making it ideal for conferences and weddings.

This marks a significant milestone for Registry Collection Hotels, which launched in 2021 and now includes more than 20 luxury hotels worldwide. Geoff Ballotti, President and CEO of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, emphasized the brand's commitment to offering unique and immersive experiences for today's discerning travelers.

Bashar Wali, Founder & CEO of Practice Hospitality, highlighted the historical significance of The Mining Exchange, stating, "We are honoring that heritage by creating a hotel imbued with local touches and human connection that has earned the distinction of being the first Registry Collection hotel in the U.S."

With its stunning mountain backdrop, modern amenities, and rich history, The Mining Exchange is set to become a must-visit destination for travelers seeking a unique experience in Colorado Springs.
