Havana 1957’s menu showcases a symphony of Cuban flavors, from timeless dishes like Ropa Vieja and Croquetas to Miami-inspired classics such as Cuban Sandwiches and the signature Cuban Burger. Exclusive to the Las Vegas location, diners can savor breakfast favorites with a Cuban twist, including Cuban Style Steak and Eggs, Tres Leches French Toast, and the indulgent 1957 Benedict.
