SeaWorld Orlando Announces New Arctic Flight Simulator for 2025
SeaWorld Orlando, known as the Roller Coaster Capital of Orlando, has unveiled an exciting new attraction set to open in mid-2025: an immersive flight simulator that will take guests on a thrilling journey through the Arctic. This unique indoor experience, suitable for all ages, promises an unforgettable adventure through frozen landscapes and the habitats of iconic animals like belugas, orcas, and walruses.
The simulator will offer families an exhilarating four-and-a-half-minute expedition over breathtaking Arctic scenery, including views of the Northern Lights and marine life beneath the ice. With two multi-level theaters accommodating up to 30 people per session, visitors as short as 99 cm can join in on this one-of-a-kind experience.
Filmed with specialized equipment in some of the Arctic's most remote and visually stunning areas, the attraction captures everything from snow-capped mountains to crystal-clear waters teeming with life, offering guests a view of this largely inaccessible region.
"We're thrilled to bring this immersive flight experience to SeaWorld Orlando," said Jon Peterson, President of SeaWorld Orlando. He emphasized the park’s commitment to combining education with entertainment, giving guests a deeper appreciation of the Arctic ecosystem. After the ride, visitors will also have the chance to encounter real Arctic animals up close, further enhancing the experience.
This new attraction is part of SeaWorld's ongoing efforts to innovate and expand its lineup, ensuring it remains a must-visit destination for families of all ages.
