2011 European Golf Business Conference Heads for Spain

The European Golf Course Owners Association (EGCOA) has confirmed that the 2011 edition of the European Golf Business Conference will be held at the Don Carlos Leisure Resort & Spa in Marbella, Spain. The Conference will take place from 30. November 2. December 2011.

The announcement follows the recent launch of the Spanish Golf Course Owners Association (SGCOA). The first gathering of this new organization took place during the Club Managers Conference in Madrid (31. March 2. April 2011).

The EGCOA Conference, now into its 6th year, is fast becoming a major event for golfing industry players of all levels, and is a once-a-year opportunity to get up to speed with the latest trends and developments in the European and worldwide golf arena.

Each year, the EGCOA Conference seeks to address issues of common interest to all levels of the golf industry, from course owners, club managers, suppliers, national and European golf bodies and golf course architects, to industry partners and the golf media.
