Acapulco to Host Annual Tianguis Turistico

For the 36th consecutive year, the Mexican resort city of Acapulco will welcome thousands of executive travelers for the country’s most important annual tourism tradeshow; Tianguis Turistico.

From March 25 to 28, Acapulco’s hotels, restaurants, convention centers, private villas and nightclubs will play host to over 6,000 buyers, exhibitors, media and representatives from the tourism industry.

 Opening ceremonies will be presided over by Mexico’s President Felipe Calderon. As part of the opening ceremonies on March 25, tennis champion Andre Agassi will be presenting “How to be a Winner” to tradeshow participants at the Acapulco International Convention Center.
