AMResorts Rolls Out Agent Rewards Program
AMResorts launched AMRewards, a point-based travel agent loyalty program. The company said AMRewards offers easier redemption of booking bonuses, client gift vouchers and new tools for sales and marketing support.
With the new program, agents accrue points for every booking, from 200 to 500 points per room, per night, depending upon the resort and the room category.
The points can be redeemed via branded AMRewards Visa prepaid cards for direct credit of booking bonuses; certificates for complimentary nights at AMResorts for agents; gift vouchers for clients for perks such as spa treatments or champagne breakfast in bed; and co-branded marketing materials such as banner displays.
"We are looking to add value to the agent/client relationships and to make it easier for agents to effectively grow their businesses," said Colette Baruth, AMResorts' vice president of sales and marketing.
