The Aruba Tourism Authority (ATA) is gearing up for Aruba Meets Europe, a showcase event scheduled from May 15 to 19, 2006, and during which ATA promises to offer a varied program which will combine meaningful business sessions with unforgettable leisure experiences.

Top tourism officials in Aruba hope attendants will be able to join for this unique occasion, enabling them to rediscover Aruba or experience firsthand this beautiful island and the unique spirit of Aruban hospitality.

Aruba Meets Europe will include an official reception and plenty of opportunity to visit the island´s many hotels for future product planning. The program will also allow participants to enjoy the key sights of the island, the bustling city of Oranjestad, as well as sparing them ample time for networking, business appointments or a chance to explore at their own pace.

This invitation comes with the compliments of the Aruba Tourism Authority and the Aruba Hotel and Tourism Association, in partnership with Fly Arke and KLM, who are making flights available at a special conference rate to all participants. Would-be attendees should contact local KLM representative for this special rate.
