Bucuti & Tara Beach Resort Wraps Up Remodeling

The adults-only Bucuti & Tara Beach Resort completed renovations on its 44 beachfront suites and bungalows in the Tara wing overlooking Aruba's Eagle Beach.

Amenities include a wet bar, vanity mirrors with built-in televisions and paintings by local artist Elisa Lejuez. The penthouse suites feature full kitchens. Every suite opens up to a patio or balcony on the beach.

All materials including paint and furniture are approved by Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, a sustainability standard that Bucuti has incorporated into its work as one of the few LEED Silver certified properties in the Caribbean.

Bucuti is one of only two resorts in Aruba to be certified by Green Globe, an organization that sets standards for sustainable tourism. The resort has a 30-year history of using only sustainable materials.
