Cancun to Host the Latin American Hospitality Summit Restaurants & Hotels on Feb. 28

Cancun will be home to the Latin American Hospitality Summit Restaurants & Hotels from February 28 to March 2, an event in which boldface names of the travel industry from Latin America and the Caribbean will speak out about the sector´s future and challenges on the road ahead.

The hospitality industry in Mexico and the rest of Latin America is putting up with a period of dog-eat-dog competition and sea changes that bound hotel and restaurant execs to overhaul concepts and strategies in order to cash in on new opportunities and steer their future projects to safe port.

Congress Capacitacion Ejecutiva, Mexico´s leading training center for senior executives, and the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration, recognized by the travel industry worldwide, are promoting this event that´s expected to gather outstanding experts in the business.
