Caribbean Marketplace Coming to St. Lucia in January 2009

The Caribbean hotel and tourism industry needs to strengthen its ties with buyers while nurturing new business relationships with other tourist markets.
With that view in mind, the Caribbean Marketplace is the one-stop-shop to meet with traditional travel partners and make new business contacts in the United States, Europe, Central and South America, and the Asia-Pacific region.
Caribbean Marketplace, slated for January 2009 in St. Lucia, will give Caribbean hoteliers the opportunity to strengthen relationships with current customers, make new customer contacts, generate new sales leads, raise hotel visibility, keep up with product offer and trends in the region and launch new products or services.
Up to now more than 50 buyer companies with 83 appointment from all around the world have confirmed attendance. Country representation is led by the United Kingdom and the United States, two markets that consistently grow at Caribbean Marketplace year after year.
Beyond networking, Caribbean Marketplace is above all business-making. This is a forum to strengthen relationships with current business partners and nurture new contacts. Attendees can make use of the Caribbean Marketplace to raise the profile of their business, generate new sales leads, and introduce new products or services.
