Caribbean Spa & Wellness Conference Set for December in the Dominican Republic
The Dominican Republic’s exquisite Canoa Coral By Hilton Resort will this year serve host to the Caribbean SPA and Wellness Association’s annual trade show.
From December 3 through 6, the Canoa Coral by Hilton will receive delegates, exhibitors and attendees for the 2006 Caribbean SPA & Wellness Conference.
Following the extremely successful conference format of the 2005 event in St. Lucia, this tradeshow will provide a lively venue for spa and wellness industry partners to exchange information and ideas in interactive presentations and panels.
“We are honored to have been chosen as the host hotel for this prestigious tradeshow,” said Simon Suarez, Executive Vice President of Coral Hotels & Resorts.
During the event, exhibitors will be able to give some media hype to their facilities, products and services.
This time around, strategic visits by executives to all booths are part of the plan, ensuring that all exhibitors have the opportunity to meet with the spa and wellness execs that best meet their needs.
Among the topics to be discussed are the state of the spa and wellness industry in the Caribbean, the marketing and selling of spa and wellness services and facilities, the education, training and certification of Caribbean spa and wellness staff, Caribbean products for Caribbean spas, and investment opportunities.
