As one of the highlights of Caribbean Week in New York (June 9-17), the Caribbean Tourism Development Company (CTDC) and Conde Nast Bridal Media will provide two couples the opportunity to say “I Do” at the South Street Seaport (pier 16) on June 12, with arrangements being provided from an impressive list of sponsors.

Both couples will honeymoon in either St. Maarten or the British Virgin Islands for seven-days/six-nights. Each couple will have a two-night stay at the Roosevelt Hotel and be transported to and from the South Street Seaport in a private limousine provided by Caribbean Weddings Association. Offering dedicated celebrations to each couple, two separate ceremonies will commence on June 12 at 3 pm and 4 pm.

Dressed in Mon Cheri Bridals gowns and Men’s Wearhouse tuxedos, each couple will walk down pier 16 of the South Street Seaport and join together to exchange their vows under a beautiful moongate provided by the Bermuda Department of Tourism. Wedding rings will be provided by St. Martin/St. Maarten.

A reception will be held immediately following each ceremony at the South Street Seaport with a soloist performer sponsored by Antigua and Barbuda, bridal knife, fork, and wedding cake from Dreamy Weddings St. Kitts.

Each couple will be given tickets to the 34th Annual Governments of the Caribbean State Ball, taking place on Friday, June 15 at Waldorf-Astoria’s Grand Ballroom, where they will enjoy their first dance together as husband and wife in the company of hundreds of guests and Caribbean dignitaries.

Each couple will receive an air-inclusive Caribbean honeymoon at their choice of Divi Little Bay Beach Resort in St. Maarten or Biras Creek Resort in British Virgin Islands. The couples will be provided with a travel advisor to ensure that every detail of the honeymoon trip is taken care of.
