Chile’s International Tourism Hall unveils new destinations

Such destinations as Curaçao, St. Maarten, Tahiti, Cuba, Egypt, Greece and Spain are some of the premiere international attractions open to attendants at the ongoing 2003 Travel Fair in Chile.

The International Tourism Hall is organized by Chile’s Association of Wholesalers and Tourism Representatives in a joint effort with the Tourist Enterprises Association of Chile and it’s intended to boost up the oncoming vacation season.

Rodolfo Garcia, general manager of the Ninth International Tourism Hall, explained there’s a wide array of travel packages available at the fair aimed at spurring up tourism every step of the way and helping to put Chile in the world market.

In this year’s edition, the International Tourism Hall presents over 140 stands mostly dominated by hotel chains, airlines, foreign tourism offices, car rentals, booking systems, traveler’s insurance and other related companies.
