Dominican Republic to Host DATE in April

The 10th edition of the Dominican Annual Tourism Exchange (DATE) will be held April 20 to 22 at the Barceló Bavaro Convention Center, in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.

DATE was created to provide a professionally organized business exchange where international wholesalers, tour operators, incentive groups, airlines and charter operators can meet and conduct business with the Dominican Republic’s leading tourism suppliers.

DATE was first held in 2000. Last year’s edition had the participation of 180 companies, counting buyers, suppliers and sponsors; with coverage from over 40 media outlets from the United States, Canada, South America, Germany and, of course, the Dominican Republic.
