EIBTM to Launch the Association Contacts Exchange at Upcoming Event

EIBTM will launch of a brand-new initiative entitled the Association Contacts Exchange at its upcoming fair in Spain´s Barcelona later this month.

The Association Contacts Exchange initiative has been designed to create the opportunity for EIBTM destination exhibitors to share their knowledge and association leads.

EIBTM has actively encouraged this initiative to overcome the fact that association meetings rarely return to the same destination each year, and tend to seek new places to hold their meetings.

There are currently eleven destination exhibitors in the group within the contacts exchange with each one contributing their top five client leads. Put together this creates 50 strong leads that each contributing destination will receive back in return for the five contacts, thus utilizing the contacts that are within the association industry for the benefit of all those within the Association Contacts Exchange group.

Following the success of the first wave of this initiative a second group of five further destinations are now carrying out the same process.

EIBTM will also be inviting these clients to attend the Association Hosted Buyer program and to meet the destinations.

EIBTM will take place from November 29 to December 1 at the Fira Gran Via in Barcelona.
