EIBTM Revealed Winners of the EIBTM 2005 Awards

EIBTM announced last week the winners of the EIBTM 2005 Awards, with the Grand Prix prize going to D-Day Marketing for ABCrossing, a hugely successful event designed to promote reading amongst Madrid citizens.

This year saw an outstanding quality of entrants, with the 2005 EIBTM Awards encouraging creativity and rewarding excellence in the meetings and incentives industry.

Winners were selected from entries by event organizers and marketers all over the world. The international panel of judges included consultants from the incentive travel and meetings industry, together with editors of the supporting media partners.

Judges were looking for truly outstanding events and campaigns that were highly imaginative in concept and execution. Creativity, innovation, effectiveness and over delivery on the brief were all key factors in the judges´ final decisions.

Other top winners in this year´s event were Interactive Africa for Design Indaba (Best Conference), Comunicazioni Multimedia Srl for Citroen Ricc1one (Best Product Launch), and Meta Consultoria de Incentivos for BFGoodrich Around-the-World Tour (Best Incentive Travel Program).
