Florida to Host First Dominican Fair on Tourism, Investment and Real Estate.
The Florida-Dominican Business Development Group (FDBDG) will hold the First Dominican Fair on Tourism, Investment and Real Estate in an effort to increase business ties and further tourist investments.
FDBDG President Pablo Diaz Ballester informed the event will take place on April 22 and 23 at a hotel in the city of Miami in order to promote tourism, banking, finances and real estate investments toward the Caribbean nation.
The event will equally help foster decoration, designing, building, telecommunications, air transport, cruises, money remittances, entertainment, fashion, insurance, healthcare, free trade zones and other topics.
The fair is expected to be attended by major hotel chains, real estate companies, travel agencies, banks, airlines, news media and other enterprises willing to showcase their products.
The main goal is to ratchet up tourist inflows from Florida to the Dominican Republic, as well as to advance investments from the sunshine state or anywhere else across the country, Mr. Ballester pointed out.
