Karisma Raises the Bar with Connoisseur Collection

Karisma Hotels & Resorts is launching a suite of services called Connoisseur Collection, where guests at many of the company’s luxury resorts can customize services.

Karisma is offering the Connoisseur Collection at nine of its 26 resorts, plus three of its villas. El Dorado Spa & Resorts, Hidden Beach Resort, Azul Hotels and Generations Resorts, as well as the new Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Puna Cana will offer the option, as well as Villa Esmeralda, Villa Carola and Villa Maroma.

Guests who opt in to the Connoisseur Collection will receive a dedicated concierge phone line, in-room liquor curation, discounted spa services, priority for restaurant reservations, and unpacking and repacking services.
