Latin America Flaunted its Very Best at FITUR 2005

The 73 stands and booths used by North American, Caribbean and Latin American nations that attended FITUR 2005 in Madrid, showed off the finest travel destinations of the New World in which a varied scenery of jungles, tropical forests, beaches and gaudiness can take visitors thousands of miles away.

Argentina, Peru, Cuba and Venezuela set the show to music to unveil an array of seducing destinations outfitted with everything it takes to make any vacation trip the ultimate experience.

Roughly four million Spaniards travel abroad every year, a major market segment that Latin American nations don´t pass up and the main reason that drives these countries to further improve their tourist offers and products every year.

The winning Mexican stand featured mariachi music, tacos, tequila and plenty of icy beer.
