Lineup of Keynote Speakers at Mexico Resort Development Conference Announced

Organizers of the Second Annual Mexico Resort Development Conference –slated for December- have announced the addition of seven new speakers to complete an exceptional roster of resort development and investment experts.

Joining Monday afternoon’s opening plenary panel discussion, “Mexico’s Resort/Hospitality Industry Under a New Presidential Administration” are Gilberto Riojas, President and CEO of Casa Mexicana LLC; Eduardo Terrazas, Director of Development for Camino Real Hotels; and Mal Aranda of Grupo GMP.

They will join previously announced speaker Michael Katz, Director of Development for GFA Inmobiliaria S.A. de C.V. The panel discussion will be moderated by Chuck Bedsole, CEO of Alvarez & Marsal Real Estate Advisory Services LLC.

On the panel titled “Equity Capital and Debt Financing for Mexican Resort Development”, joining panelists Bruce D. Greenberg, Adam Bernier, and David Young of AIG are Bruce Davidson, Global Head of Hospitality at WestLB and Adam Greene, Vice President Program Development for Textron Financial Corporation.

The addition of these seven experts brings the total roster to 43 speakers in all over the two and a half days of the Conference, which is being presented by Baker & McKenzie, the world’s largest international law firm, as well as Contact Development Corporation, a leader in resort real estate development and investment in Mexico and Latin America, among other top companies and groups.
