Beginning Jan. 21 through 23, Madrid will welcome the world’s classiest cooks and experts to the 1st International Gourmet Summit that will work under the most representative concept of today’s cuisine: fusion, the nonstop blend of styles and techniques.

During that three-day-long event, attendants will broach the most innovative aspects leading to easier learning and quicker access to professional and selective information, a hard commodity to come by from an individual standpoint. On the one hand, there’ll be a permanent exhibit to both gaze at and taste the very best products of local and international cuisine. On the other hand, there’s an all-out program of work papers, demonstrations and contests in place.

Besides the presence of mass media from all around the globe and master lectures dictated by premiere Spanish cooks, three personalities of unrivaled glitter in the gourmet realm will be honored as the forerunners of the Nouvelle Cuisine: Paul Bocuse, Michel Guerard and Pierre Troisgros.
