Mexico´s 2005 World Tourism Exposition to Get Underway This Week

Bernd Rohde, general manager of Messe Frankfurt Mexico, announced this week that the 2005 World Tourism Exposition (WTE) will take place from October 5 to 7 at the Banamex Center in Mexico City, in just another bid to bring together top products and services from the local and international tourist sector.

This time around, over 400 exhibitors from the Aztec nation and overseas have signed up for an event that promises to lure some 3,000 buyers from the turf and a little more than 500 foreign purchasers.

During the three-day event, attendants will take part in lectures and seminars on some of the hottest issues affecting today´s realm of tourism.

A considerable number of state institutions, companies and businesses have confirmed their attendance to Mexico´s 2005 WTE.
