MGM Mutuh Hotels Opens Second Property in Cuba

Singapore-based MGM Muthu Hotels has opened a new 4-star property in Varadero (CUBA), named MGM MUTHU PLAYA VARADERO.
This is the company’s second facility in Cuba, it is managed by Grupo GRAN CARIBE and will be operated under Investment-Management system.
The Hotel features 385 guestrooms, All-Inclusive system. It will go through an overall remodeling process, including public areas, external areas, new kitchens, rooms and two new restaurants will be opened: one serving fish and shellfish, and the second restaurant offering special dishes, in line with the best hotels in the area.
This is MGM MUTHU HOTELS’ second property in Cuba.
The five-star Gran Muthu CAYO GUILLERMO is set to open doors in April, with 500 guestrooms in Cayo Guillermo. Managed with Grupo Gaviota, its opening was delayed because of hurricane Irma.
The hotel chain presently operates 32 facilities (4-5 stars) in Portugal, Spain, England, Scotland, France, India and Singapore.
In 2018, MGM MUTHU HOTELS has planned to open another 8 hotels and total 50 properties in late 2019.
