National Tourism Week 2007 Kicks Off in Antigua & Barbuda

National Tourism Week 2007 will be celebrated under the theme “Creating a World Class Visitor Experience.”

The week will run from November 25 to 30 and will commence with an Ecumenical Service to be held at the Swetes Wesleyan Holiness Church, beginning at 3:30 p.m.
A national tourism conference is planned for November 26.

Speakers for this event will include Secretary-General of the Caribbean Tourism Organization (CTO) Vincent Vanderpool-Wallace who will speak on Human Resource development, while Dr. Clifford Griffin will present on safety and security within the hospitality industry.
