New Solution to Help Travel Agencies Interpret, Manage Data
Trams has introduced a new real-time offering for travel agencies. The dashboard technology will enable agencies to properly gauge and manage their operations. Trams, a provider of back-office and CRM solutions for travel agencies, has introduced a new dashboard feature for its ClientBase CRM product.
The new ClientBase dashboard is designed to display key measurements, in real-time, and in a way that can influence daily behavior. The dashboard will be included in the user interface of the next ClientBase version, due to be released the first quarter of 2010.
The ClientBase dashboard will provide an integrated portal to Trams Crystal Reports (for measuring the effectiveness of operations and track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives).
Company’s CRM tool also includes the ability to Live Connect to booking engines by seamlessly passing agency login and client data to a supplier’s booking engine and then importing reservation details back into the database.
