The Atrapa Conference Center in Panama will be home of the Central America Travel Market from October 9 through 11, an event sponsored by a number of local private companies and the state-run Panama Tourism Institute.

The event piles up the travel offers, products and services of a region whose nations have agreed to market the entire area under just one solid trademark in the Latin American, European and Asian markets.

Such a strategy is part of a more comprehensive plan construed under the Central American Integration System and the Central American Council of Ministers.

The Central America Travel Market is a technical meeting where professionals from the region will have the opportunity to establish commercial ties with international tourism wholesalers from main markets such as Spain, Italy, UK, France, the Netherlands, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, Chile, Argentina and Brazil, among other countries.
