Paradiso’s Cultural Programs for Habanarte 2015

Paradiso, Artex’s cultural tourism agency, is the official inbound agency for Habanarte 2015, the festival of Cuban culture that invites you to enjoy all of the art at once and more.

There are three types of credentials:

Passport 1, to the value of 250.00 USD, gives access to 30 shows of different artistic expressions, depending on the program of the event.

Passport 2, to the amount of 150.00 USD, gives access to 15 shows, depending on the program of the event.

The Daily Bonus, for 30.00 USD, gives access to 4 performances and one night concert of popular dance music.

Paradiso also proposes five cultural programs to be enjoyed within the framework of Habanarte 2015, to take place at the Cuban capital city on September 3 - 13.

The first one has been named Hemingway’s Havana. Ernest Hemingway and Havana have been universally linked by literature. Vigia ranch also stands as a witness of time, surrounded by San Francisco de Paula hills, and it stores important documents, pieces and objects of remarkable historic interest, as a sanctuary of the Bronze God of North American Literature. Habanarte is pleased to invite you to get in touch with this Havana.

The Grand Festival of Cuban Culture is a unique opportunity to witness artistic exchanges among the main figures of the world of dance, personalities, art critics and specialists. That’s the reason why Paradiso designed 5-day-long Eternal Dance: September 3 - 7 or 8 - 13.

The third program proposed by Artex’s Paradiso, HavanaCinema, will give you a tour on Cuban Cinema, the most powerful and suggestive mean of artistic expression, in Havana, one of the first Latin American cities to host, on January 15, 1897, that technological development called Cinema.

By means of the fourth program, Cuba: Art of Colors, the spectators will combine the outmost factors in the development of artistic works (matter, time and space), thus analyzing the context.

Last but not least, This is how We Dance in Cuba is a special 6-day-long program in which highly-qualified dance professors will help you combine the fascinating world of Cuban dances with the enjoyment of a charming and colorful city,and a Grand Festival of Cuban Arts: September 11 - 16 or 18 - 23.
