Performance Schedule Heats Up for St. Kitts Music Festival
Grammy-winning recording artist Beenie Man, Anguilla´s celebrated reggae star Bankie Banks, and the Australian soft rock group Air Supply will perform at the 10th annual St. Kitts Music Festival from June 29 to July 2.
Beenie Man has dominated the dancehall scene since his first number one hits “Who Am I" and “Girls Dem Sugar”. Today, the musician from the heartland of Jamaica continues to be one of reggae´s most successful DJ´s and crossover artists with numerous international hits.
Anguilla´s most enduring reggae celebrity, Bankie Banks will also appear in the June 30 concert. Bankie has been on the reggae scene for decades and has survived the evolution of music, thus establishing himself as a regional music icon. The maestro will stir the musical pot with his unique blend of folk, jazz, blues and reggae flavors.
The sweet ballads of Air Supply will surely woo audiences to rekindle love with hits such as “All out of Love”, “Lost in Love” and “Making Love out of Nothing at All.”
