Puerto Rico 2002 Travel Exchange in is the works

San Juan._ From May 8 to 11, Puerto Rico will host the 6th Caribbean Travel Exchange at the Hyatt Regency Cerromar Beach Resort.

The event is organized by American Airlines and the fair will include seminars, workshops on products, a trade show, hotel inspections, panoramic tours, as well as previous and post tours.

Moreover, a business round between Caribbean tour operators and providers –prior to prearranged appointments- will take place.

The island will welcome some 400 travels agents from Canada, the U.S. and Latin America. In the same breath, a total of 75 tour operators and 75 providers from the Caribbean are expected to attend the meeting.
