Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce Announces First Summit Doing Business

For the first time in history, the Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce (PRCC) moves to New York City to launch an event that will highlight the island as an investment destination for multinational and international companies.

The First Summit Doing Business in Puerto Rico will take place on March 27, at New York’s Waldorf Astoria Hotel and will include support from more than 16 officials from the public and private sectors.

The event will include participation from renowned legal counsels, economists and high- ranking officials, including senior executives from international companies with operations on the island.

The event is an initiative of PRCC Chairman Manuel Mejia, who decided to carry out the event in the financial capital of the world to attract major opportunities and results. The Summit is also supported by Jorge Aldarondo, President of the event’s organizing committee.
