Second Cayman Jazz Festival Got Cracking in George Town
Residents of the Cayman Islands and visitors alike enjoyed two more days of unique jazz experiences following the opening of the Cayman Jazz Fest on the British dependency last week.
Jazz aficionados were treated to an evening of virtuoso jazz performances at the Westin Casuarina Resort and Spa in the world-class musical event that has sprung up in Grand Cayman in just two short years.
To provide that experience, the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism is partnering with BET Event Productions and BET Jazz for the second consecutive year.
Thursday night featured the Jazz rhythms of Najee, Earl Klugh and Intransit, while Al Jarreau, George Duke, Hi Tide and KayKay climbed onstage on Friday night. The festival concluded Saturday with Yolanda Adams, Ravi Coltrane, Arturo Tappin, Sea N´ B, and Notch.
