Sol Meliá Presents Conveniences for Staging Events in Havana

Spanish giant hotel chain Sol Meliá unveiled recently the conveniences its hotels have to offer in the Cuban capital for staging conventions and meetings in a number of formats. The presentation was made by Cuba´s Convention Bureau with the sponsorship of Meeting Sol Meliá, the company´s event and incentive division.

According to the online version of Cuba Convention Bureau´s newsletter, hotels run by Sol Meliá in Havana are outfitted with all necessary conveniences and facilities, including over 43,000 square feet of meeting halls equipped with cutting-edge technology.

These hotels provide event planners with the possibility of accommodating thousands of guests at the same time and put together an assortment of programs and optional activities good enough to give attendants an absolutely unforgettable experience.

Sol Meliá officials in Cuba spelled out the organizational details the Spanish company takes account of when it comes to planning such events as fairs, tradeshows, gala dinners, cocktail parties and other functions that require catering services.

Sol Meliá runs the Meliá Cohiba, Meliá Havana and Tryp Havana Libre hotels in the Cuban capital.
