Summer Travel Season Kicks Off in Santiago de Cuba

With an array of luring offers, the Ministry of Tourism (MINTUR) in Santiago de Cuba has officially opened the summer travel season, this time around stage near Café Palmares, located across from the Melia Santiago Hotel in the Santiago capital.

Palmares Group, an extra-hotel company, was chosen in the territory, and this establishment specifically, for the good outcomes reaped so far.
In the promotion of the summer season, they will be representing all tourist agencies in the city.
The beginning of the holiday period will be tinged with various recreational activities, including scheduled activities with popular participation.
And under the slogan of this summer season, "Reasons to Enjoy", the Delegation of the Tourism Ministry in Santiago adds to the fun, to cheer and to contribute to healthy recreation of domestic tourism as the city revs up preps to celebrate the 500th anniversary of its foundation, said Carlos Negret, the company’s marketing chief.
