Your Travel Exposition begins Saturday in Mexico

Tu Viaje (Your Travel) Exposition will get underway Saturday with the attendance of both national and international companies –involved in providing tourist services- that will gather at Mexico City’s World Trade Center.

Jose Gama, the exposition director, said events like Your Travel will give tourism a big boost by offering what he called “amazing prices and fares.”

For her part, Your Travel Exposition manageress Lina Gonzalez commented that apart from traditional destinations, her company will also offer great choices for big-spending travelers.

Mr. Gama added that Your Travel Exhibit -organized by Boletin Turistico, a specialized enterprise- is also reaching out to the cities of Monterrey, Guadalajara, Veracruz and Merida in different dates with a view to keep industry professionals posted on the latest developments.

Mr. Gama points to the last quarter of the year as the perfect time to go traveling to different beach destinations with a budget package that includes a plane ticket and a three-night stay in a hotel.

He made clear that regardless of some successful destinations like Cancun, that keep up high occupancy rates all year round, that estimate goes against the grain when compared to other indicators that point to a flare-up in domestic tourism during the last quarter of the year.

Mr. Gama concluded that in order to lure a more demanding breed of travelers who like to go out on vacations in the last quarter of the year, the Boletin Turistico Co. is organizing the Your Travel Exposition in its autumn edition to keep professionals hipped on topics and issues related to different kinds of travel.
