LAN Peru, an affiliate of LATAM Airlines Group, will offer daily nonstop flights between Lima, Peru, and Orlando International Airport starting on June 20.

When Montreal-based Transat debuted its first travel packages to Haiti, it was largely alone in making a bet on Haiti’s still-nascent tourism sector. Now, Haiti is a rising tourism destination in the Caribbean, and Transat is expanding its footprint on the island.

Tropic is expanding their operations throughout the Bahamas and South Florida to meet the growing demands for private aviation and tourism industry. The airline has also announced that they will be operating their factory-new wheeled 2015 Cessna Grand Caravan EX aircraft to Great Harbour.

The carrier will fly to Las Palmas, Gran Canaria on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from London Heathrow, and to Tenerife on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays, offering British holidaymakers more options for reaching the sunshine and beaches of their favorite islands.

Nevis now has successfully attracted additional airlift, paving the way for travelers to and from the island via Antigua. The Nevis Island Administration (NIA) signed an agreement with Caribbean Helicopters (CHL), to provide the airlift on February 13, 2015 at the Nevis Tourism Authority’s (NTA) Visitor’s Centre.

Lufthansa is further expanding its route network to South America with the airline set to offer year-round flights to Panama City for the first time from November 16th, subject to government approval. An Airbus A340-300 aircraft will fly five times a week from Frankfurt.
