Norwegian continues its expansion in Europe and with the opening of a new base of operations in Tenerife. Along with the new crew base, Norwegian expands its Spanish route network by adding more destinations and frequencies.

Aeromexico, Mexico's global airline, announces the arrival of its second Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner, which will commence commercial operations during the last week in October on the Mexico City-New York-Mexico City route.

Copa airlines, St. Maarten’s major connection to the South American market, will be back to servicing Princess Juliana International Airport (SXM) with four flights weekly from its Panama hub as from December 12, 2013.

Qatar Airways has announced Miami to be its sixth destination to the US beginning June 10th, 2014. The airline will offer non-stop flights from its hub in Doha four-times per week aboard a Boeing 777.
