College of Charleston graduate Nora Luce will help the Caribbean Media Exchange gather movers and shakers from the region's most important industry, tourism. The 22 year-old Luce knows CMEx well after receiving a fellowship in 2011 to attend CMEx's 20th conference in the United States Virgin Islands where media, government, non-profit and private sector participants explored the theme "Communicating for Clarity and Prosperity".
