The 129-room Courtyard by Marriott Kingston opened Nov. 30 in New Kingston, the business center of the capital city,  near Emancipation Park, the Devon House heritage site, the Bob Marley Museum and Scotchies Jerk Center.

Marriott International’s Autograph Collection Hotels will add the Habitation Jouissant, a boutique property in Cap Haitien, Haiti, to its global portfolio in the fourth quarter of 2017.

Apple Leisure Group® subsidiary, AMResorts®, reported its best year ever with 17 new resort management contracts announced over the past 11 months. In 2015, AMResorts added seven destinations to its portfolio.

The property has already opened its new Pure Lime Mexican-themed restaurant, and will open a new “pool-view” building in January.

AMResorts has officially opened its first-ever Secrets-branded resort in Costa Rica. The adults-only Secrets Papagayo Costa Rica joined the company portfolio at the end of last month.
