Natural Habitat Adventures, the award-winning pioneer in sustainable travel, has unveiled six new itineraries to be offered between 2025 and 2026, reinforcing its mission of conservation-focused tourism and immersive exploration in remote and ecologically sensitive regions.

Known for being the first travel company to achieve total carbon neutrality and for its longstanding partnership with the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF), Natural Habitat Adventures continues to push the boundaries of eco-tourism by designing experiences that combine adventure, education, and sustainability.

The new trips range from African safaris to European nature expeditions and island explorations in the Indian Ocean and Central America. All journeys are led by expert naturalist guides and are available in private or customized formats, with small group sizes to ensure a more intimate and personalized experience.

Highlights of the New Itineraries Include:

  • Kenya Rhino & Elephant Conservation Safari: A 12-day safari offering close-up encounters with rhinos and elephants, while learning about the efforts to protect them. Tours begin in October 2025 and are limited to 12 guests.

  • Sea Turtles & Wildlife of Northern Costa Rica: A 7-day journey through Costa Rica’s lesser-known northern region, blending luxury ecolodges with immersive wildlife and cultural experiences. Departures start in July 2026 for up to 10 travelers.

  • Iceland’s Wild West: This 8-day adventure explores the untamed landscapes of western Iceland—waterfalls, volcanoes, and canyons—from July through August 2026, with a maximum of 12 guests.

  • Discovering Portugal’s River of Wine: An 8-day trip along Portugal’s scenic Douro Valley, combining nature, culture, and gastronomy. Available from April to September 2026.

  • Madagascar Explorer: An 8-day expedition to Madagascar’s remote, biodiverse regions, featuring activities like snorkeling, kayaking, and traditional canoe rides. Launches in June 2026 for groups of up to 8 people.

  • Wild Zambia: An 11-day exploration of Zambia’s South Luangwa and Lower Zambezi National Parks, with just six participants per departure, starting June 2026.

“Our goal with these new trips is to foster meaningful connections with rarely explored places while promoting understanding of their ecosystems and cultures,” said Ben Bressler, founder and CEO of Natural Habitat Adventures.

With a portfolio of over 100 sustainable journeys, the company remains a global leader in conservation travel, proving that adventure and environmental responsibility can go hand in hand.
