As part of its development strategy in North America, Corsair will be opening its New York–Paris service on June 10, 2020.

This network expansion goes hand in hand with the renewal of its fleet, which will increase the number of Business and Premium class seats, thus meeting the expectations of Business passengers in particular.

Corsair International is a scheduled French airline specializing in international long-haul. The airline transports 1,200,000 passengers per year.

In addition to its existing connections between Paris and the Caribbean (Guadeloupe and Martinique), the Indian Ocean (Reunion, Mauritius) and Africa (Ivory Coast), Corsair International is also developing routes to North America. It already operates connections between Montreal–Paris and Miami–Paris, and will be opening its New York–Paris service on June 10, 2020.

In its quest to improve its customer experience, Corsair has been working in close collaboration with New York airports to examine all possible improvements to the schedule initially announced. Corsair has thus been able to confirm excellent time slots at JFK Airport, Terminal 1.

Corsair serves the airport Paris Orly, south of Paris. The airport is 10 miles closer to downtown Paris than Charles-de-Gaulle airport, more convenient for passengers and easily accessible with public transport and taxi.

The opening of the New York- Paris service comes as part of the plan to renew the fleet and expand the network

Corsair will operate a fleet of 10 aircraft, including 5 Airbus A330-900 NEO, as of May 2021. The cabin configuration on these new aircraft has been designed to target the Business segment thanks to an increase in the number of seats in its top-end classes, with 20 seats Business class and 21 in Premium.
