Delta Steps Up Buenos Aires Service with More Flights, Upgraded Aircraft

Delta Air Lines is expanding its international network with the launch of a second nonstop route from Atlanta (ATL) to Buenos Aires (EZE). The airline will begin this added frequency on November 19, responding to growing travel demand between the U.S. and Argentina.
This new service will run three times per week from Nov. 19 to Dec. 9, then increase to daily flights through the holiday and peak travel season, from Dec. 10 to Jan. 18, 2026. After that, the frequency will revert back to three weekly flights through March 28, 2026.
The additional flights will be operated using Delta’s Boeing 767-400ER, offering passengers a choice of Delta One suites, Premium Select, Comfort+, and Main Cabin seating. These cabins are designed to enhance passenger comfort on long-haul journeys.
Delta is also upgrading its year-round daily service on the route by swapping out the current Airbus A330-300 for the newer A330-900neo. This change is expected to increase capacity by around 20%, while also providing the same upscale cabin configuration as the 767.
With these changes, Delta is clearly aiming to strengthen its presence in South America and meet the rising demand for premium and economy travel options to Argentina’s capital city.
