The countdown to WTM London 2025 has officially begun with the launch of its Call for Content, inviting visionaries and changemakers from across the global travel industry to shape the event’s conference programme, which this year will be guided by the powerful unifying theme: “Reimagining Travel in a Changing World.”

For the first time in its history, WTM London will align all six of its established conference tracks—Sustainability, Technology, DEAI (Diversity, Equity, Accessibility, and Inclusion), Marketing, Geo-Economics, and Travel Trends—under a single cohesive theme to provide greater clarity, consistency, and cross-disciplinary dialogue across the three-day event.

“This year’s theme is designed to spark bold conversations and innovative thinking around the evolving purpose and impact of travel,” said Brooke Gilbertson, Conference Manager at WTM London. “From sustainability to tech, DEAI to geopolitics, our aim is to connect the dots and foster collaboration across disciplines in response to global shifts and emerging challenges.”

Submissions are now open until July 7, offering professionals the opportunity to present ideas, lead panel discussions, or deliver presentations that resonate with the 2025 theme and one of the six key tracks.

Highlights of WTM London 2025 Conference Programme:

  • Opening Day (4 November):
WTM Global Travel Report, Sustainability Summit, and Geo-Economics Summit will take place simultaneously at 11:00 a.m. across the Yellow, Purple, and Orange stages.

  • Wednesday (5 November):
Technology Summit and DEAI Summit headline the day at 11:00 a.m. on the Purple and Orange stages.

  • Final Day (6 November):
Marketing Summit and the ITT Future You Forum will take place on the Yellow stage, culminating in a Closing Keynote (speaker to be announced).
    – Past keynote speakers include Louis Theroux, Katherine Ryan, and Steven Bartlett.

To manage and curate the programme, WTM has assembled an expert advisory panel including:

  • Uwern Jong (DEAI) – OutThere

  • Mark Frary (Geo-Economics) – Author and Consultant

  • Matthew Gardiner and Tina Charisma (Marketing) – Travel Massive and The Charisma Campaign

  • Tina O’Dwyer (Sustainability) – The Tourism Space

  • Timothy O’Neil-Dunne (Technology) – T2Impact LLC

In 2024, WTM conference sessions saw a 29% increase in attendance, prompting the event to expand into Level 0 of Excel London. For 2025, even more space will be dedicated to accommodate growing interest and participation.

“The success of last year’s Call for Content highlighted the wealth of talent and fresh perspectives that exist across the travel industry,” Gilbertson added. “This year, we aim even higher, curating what could be the most compelling and transformative programme in WTM London’s 45-year history.”
