Marriott International is gearing up for a landmark 2025 with the opening of multiple properties across the Caribbean and Latin America. Following the milestone of its 500th property in the region, the company is set to introduce iconic brands and innovative concepts tailored to all types of travelers, including luxury, all-inclusive, and independent stays.

Among the highly anticipated launches is Paraiso de la Bonita, a Luxury Collection Resort in Riviera Maya, Mexico (Q1 2025). This adults-only, all-inclusive sanctuary will blend luxury with nature, just 20 minutes from Cancun International Airport. Another Mexican Caribbean highlight is Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy Bloom Tulum, a new concept offering premium accommodations with 24/7 host services.

In Costa Rica, Nekajui, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve (Q1 2025), will deliver an immersive experience on the Papagayo Peninsula, known for its rich biodiversity. Guests will enjoy 107 hacienda-style accommodations, stunning views, and a hanging bridge, all in harmony with Costa Rica's "pura vida" spirit. Meanwhile, the Dominican Republic will welcome two luxury icons: St. Regis Cap Cana Resort (Q1 2025), featuring 200 rooms, a Jack Nicklaus golf course, and gourmet dining, and W Punta Cana, Adult All-Inclusive (Q2 2025), the brand's first all-inclusive hotel globally, with 340 vibrant rooms and a speakeasy bar.

Beyond beaches, Marriott is expanding in Latin America's urban hubs. São Paulo will see the debut of The Westin Hotel São Paulo (Q2 2025), offering 187 rooms in the dynamic Itaim Bibi district, and W São Paulo (Q1 2025), located in Vila Olímpia, where DJs and modern design will energize guests. Both properties provide easy access to key city attractions like Parque do Povo and Avenida Faria Lima.

Additional openings include premium and luxury destinations like Barbados, Turks & Caicos, and Aruba, with properties under brands like The Luxury Collection, Autograph Collection, and St. Regis. These developments reaffirm Marriott's commitment to meeting evolving traveler needs while offering Marriott Bonvoy members unique opportunities to earn and redeem rewards across the portfolio.
