20th Edition of MITM Americas, 6th of CULTOURFAIR in Puebla, Mexico
Puebla's Tourist Office will be the official sponsor of the 20th edition of MITM Americas, Meetings & Incentive Travel Market, and the 6th edition of CULTOURFAIR, International Cultural Travel Fair, to be held simultaneously in the city of Puebla, Mexico, from December 3rd to 5th of this year.
MITM Americas, Meetings & Incentive Travel Market is the pioneer international MICE tradeshow in B2B appointments system in the Americas and the Caribbean. The same is true for CULTOURFAIR, International Cultural Travel Fair, which is the first international fair specialized in cultural tourism and is exclusively for professionals.
MITM Americas has previously been held in Mexico: Guadalajara (thrice), Leon-Guanajuato and Merida; Guatemala: Guatemala City; USA: Miami, Orlando, Las Vegas (thrice); Cuba: Varadero and La Havana; Ecuador: Quito (twice); Brazil: Salvador de Bahia; Colombia: Cartagena de Indias; El Salvador: San Salvador and Panama: Panama City. CULTOURFAIR has been held in: Spain: Santiago de Compostela and Granada; Germany: Cologne; Ecuador: Quito and Mexico: Guadalajara.
The city of Puebla is perfectly located and features great congress and hotel infrastructures, as well as architectural richness that, along with its gastronomy, which is some of the best in the world, make Puebla the ideal venue to hold both fairs.
The fair will consist of around one hundred international VIP buyers, including MICE companies, incentive houses, events agencies, marketing companies, meeting planners, association executives and product managers from tour operators specialized in cultural travel (wholesalers and travel agencies).
The notarized evaluation from the exhibitors of the last MITM & CULTOURFAIR edition was: “Excellent” 57%, “Good” 37%, “Fair” 6% and "Poor" 0%, highlighting the quality of the attending buyers and considering the tradeshow an ideal forum to generate business. This is a guarantee that the next edition in Puebla will also be a success.
