Amadeus e-Support Center Delivers Round-the-Clock Service
As quickly as they can say “I need help,” travel professionals can get the assistance they need thanks to the Amadeus e-Support Center, an online self-service portal now available around the clock and free of charge to Amadeus subscribers in the U.S. and Canada.
By accessing the Amadeus e-Support Center, Amadeus agents can find the answers to most of their questions within seconds –saving them time and money, and eliminating the need to call the Amadeus Help Desk.
The portal currently contains over 1,000 knowledge solutions, tips and support guidelines. A wide range of resources and educational material can be searched by keyword, topic and specific system error message.
Travel professionals access the Amadeus e-Support Center by clicking on the “Training & Support Smart Tab” on the Amadeus Selling Platform desktop, and then clicking on the “Amadeus e-Support” link. Offering a user-friendly look and feel and navigation, agents simply type their question into the “Search” box.
In just seconds, users have access to the 50 most common issues, over 200 “how-to” topics to help them easily perform complex functions, and support to resolve over 500 error messages. All this is available at no cost to customers and is designed to increase productivity and reduce telephone bills and hold time.
