Artex’s Paradiso Agency Is the Official Incoming Company for Drum Fiesta Festival

The 14th edition of “Guillermo Barreto in Memoriam” Drum Fiesta International Festival is slated to take place in Havana on March 3 - 8. This great percussion fiesta in Cuba has Mella Theater, Karl Marx Theater, Sala Avenida, La Tropical’s Salon Rosado, Artex cultural center and Habana Libre Hotel, among other places, as venues.

Artex’s Paradiso agency is the official incoming company for this event, so it’s the one you should contact to make such arrangements as accommodation, tourism-cultural packages and international registration if you are interested in participating in this festival, which is going to be attended by acclaimed national and international musicians and percussionists, the main orchestras of popular danceable music in Cuba, the country’s most outstanding dance companies, jazz groups and folkloric groups. Magisterial Lessons on Percussion and Dance are going to be given.

The event’s schedule also includes two international contests: Percussion is open to all ages and publics, and the second one, Casino dance, can be taken by people older than 15, with national and international character.

The winners of these competitions will be given musical instruments of boldface national and international firms, such as SABIAN, PEARL, REGAL TIP, SONOC, EVANS.
Furthermore, Sol Meliá Hotel company, Paradiso Agency and the sponsors of the event are going to contribute with: stay at their properties, certifying diplomas, among other things.
