Brazilian Tourism Board to Launch Tourist Website, Video Game App

Embratur, the Brazilian Tourism Board, is launching an interactive website and “Brazil Quest,” a new video game app, as part of its ongoing initiative to promote the country’s destinations and cultural offerings in preparation for the 2014 FIFA World Cup and 2016 Summer Olympics.
The Brazil Brand Channel website was developed in partnership with Google and is designed to assist travelers in planning trips to the country through interactive tools, images and detailed information. The site will launch on March 20.
Embratur will also launch a free "Brazil Quest" game app for iPhone, iPad and Android on March 23; the game highlights the 12 Brazilian host cities of the 2014 FIFA World Cup. Users can download the game at a smartphone App Store and via Google Play.
