Carnival Cruise Lines partnered with renowned chef and restaurateur Georges Blanc to create a series of dishes to be served aboard the line´s ships.

The Georges Blanc Signature Selections will include appetizers, entrees and desserts that will be served in the main dining rooms and Lido restaurants fleet-wide, as well as in the reservations-required Supper Clubs on select vessels. A special notation on each menu will indicate Georges Blanc Signature Selections.

Dinner menu items include Milk and Corn Fed Chicken with Caramelized Garlic and Asparagus; Grilled Tiger Shrimp with Ginger-Lemon Oil; Veal Foreshank Osso-Buco with Mushroom Polenta; and Broiled Sea Bass with Spring Vegetables and Egglplant Tapenade.

Also, Carnival will feature a sampler for its Supper Clubs, creating a six- to seven-course meal experience of Signature Selections menu choices.

In addition to the specially created dinner options, the Georges Blanc Signature Selections will include appetizers and desserts and a variety of wines from the Georges Blanc label, which already are served aboard Carnivals´ ships.
