Funjet Agent Advantage Enhances Site With New Marketing Tools
Funjet Vacations has added a new suite of marketing and selling tools its Funjet Agent Advantage website (FAA), its marketing and communications online resource center. Included are a “Marketing By Vacation Experiences” section, enhanced 2010 product information and new training videos.
Funjet Vacations’ “Marketing By Vacation Experiences” tool will provide agents with everything they need to know to sell to customers interested in specific types of travel including All-Inclusive, Beach, Casino, Dive, Family, Golf, Luxury, Romance and Spa.
The tool will enable agents to take their marketing to the next level and provide clients with the most value based on their desired experience. There is an easy process to help agents customize a client’s experience, plus criteria for defining customer segments. In the last few months, Funjet Vacations has begun labeling hotels based on vacation experience in its weekly travel agent pricing grid and on applicable marketing pieces.
Also new in Funjet Agent Advantage is 2010 product information, including flight guides, a list of hotels that are up-for-sale and a full grid with all of Funjet Vacations in-house and bookable 2010 early booking bonuses; all of this information is updated on a weekly basis so agents never have to worry about missing an opportunity.
Another tool in Funjet Agent Advantage is a collection of education and training videos like how to use the website and marketing tools, “Why Funjet Vacations,” and tips when using VAX VacationAccess.
In addition, Funjet Vacations will also be adding new videos to the website including “Setting Up Twitter and Facebook Accounts for Your Agency,” “Taking Your Online Marketing to the Next Level” and “Maximizing the Funjet Agent Advantage’s Tools to Build Your Business.” Agents can also access the Training section of FAA to sign up for Webinars and other training through videos on demand.
