Holland America´s MS Prinsendam to Sail to the Amazon, Africa and the Polar Ice Cap
Holland America Line´s 793-guest MS Prinsendam embarks in 2006 on a series of 18 innovative itineraries that sail from North America to South America, Antarctica, Europe, Africa, and Asia.
As The Elegant Explorer plies its way across the sea, she will call at 148 intriguing ports of call on the diverse sailings.

The Prinsendam´s 2006 schedule includes overnights in several ports for optimum enjoyment of colorful cultures. The various itineraries offer three days in Rio de Janiero, Cape Town, Mombasa, Mumbai, St. Petersburg and Venice; or choose two days in Buenos Aires, Manaus, Amsterdam, Gdansk, Marseille or Puerto Ordaz.
Carrying just 793 guests, the ship offers spacious staterooms, many with private verandahs and walk-in closets. Guests enjoy tempting dining options both elegant and casual, multiple swimming and soaking pools, and the lavish Greenhouse Spa.
